These Terms & Conditions govern all installation and transport services carried out by Install & Transport.

2. Services Provided

We provide:

• Retail installation services
• Display & fixture installation
• Gantry & signage installation
• Shopfitting support
• Specialist transport (high value, medical, commercial equipment)
• Cross-border transport (UK → EU)

3. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
• Quotes may change if the scope of work changes or additional time/equipment is required.
• Cross-border transport quotes may vary with fuel prices, tolls, customs charges, ferries, or delays.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment may be requested immediately after the job or within 24 hours by invoice.
• Late payments may incur reasonable admin charges.

5. Cancellations

To ensure fairness and operational planning:

• More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
• Less than 48 hours: 25% of the quoted labour cost.
• Less than 24 hours or same-day cancellation: 50% of the quoted labour cost.
• Failed access, site not ready, or incorrect information provided may also incur charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

• Safe site access
• Necessary RAMS/inductions provided
• All fixtures, displays, or equipment are available on site
• Accurate installation briefs
• Clear access for transport and loading

If conditions are unsafe or incomplete, Install & Transport may delay or refuse the job.

7. Liability

We hold public liability and goods-in-transit insurance.

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by suppliers, traffic, customs, or third parties
• Site conditions outside our control
• Incorrect instructions provided by the client
• Losses due to project delays not directly caused by us

8. Transport (UK → EU)

Clients must provide:

• Accurate load weight, value, and item list
• Correct customs documentation (if applicable)
• Any special handling requirements

We reserve the right to refuse unsafe or overweight loads.

9. Property & Risk

Risk in transported goods transfers to the client upon delivery.

Risk in supplied installation materials remains with the client.

10. Data & Privacy

When contacting us, you may submit:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number
• Job details

We only use this information to respond to enquiries and manage bookings.
